Well, that's annoying...
I've been working on another cross stitch motif. Because I don't usually Do Things Properly (for reference, see curtains, bookcase and shelves), I just picked up a skein and started sewing merrily away. Alas...

It's not only me then that randomly starts little projects without thinking them through! Perhaps you could take the top couple of rows off and complete it in a contrasting colour altogether? Nobody need ever know!
ReplyDeleteNo, I seem to do it a lot! I can't quite bear the thought of all that unpicking, so for now, I'm carrying the last scrap around in my purse and hoping to match it next time I'm in a haberdashery... :(
